By using SchoolWise UAE ("SchoolWise", "the platform"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

SchoolWise UAE is an independent information platform providing school and nursery discovery tools for families in the UAE. We are not affiliated with KHDA, any school, or any nursery. All KHDA data is sourced from public filings and may not reflect the very latest changes.

By submitting a review, you confirm that: (a) you are a genuine parent, carer, or former student with direct experience of the school or nursery; (b) your review is honest and based on your real experience; (c) your review does not contain defamatory, abusive, or deliberately misleading content; (d) you have read and agree to our Review Guidelines.

SchoolWise reserves the right to remove any review that violates these terms or our guidelines, at our sole discretion, without notice.

Reviews are published anonymously. By submitting a review, you grant SchoolWise a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and moderate your review on the platform.

Schools and nurseries may claim a verified portal account to manage their profile. By claiming a profile, you confirm you are an authorised representative of that school or nursery. You are responsible for the accuracy of content you add to your profile.

Responses to reviews must be professional and factual. Responses that are defamatory, misleading, or in violation of these terms will be removed.

SchoolWise presents data sourced from KHDA public filings. While we take care to present this data accurately, we do not guarantee completeness or that the data is up-to-date at all times. Parents should verify key information (fees, ratings, admission procedures) directly with the school or nursery before making decisions.

You may not use SchoolWise to: submit fake or commercially motivated reviews; scrape, index, or copy data for commercial purposes; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system; or interfere with the platform's operation.

SchoolWise is provided "as is". We make no warranties as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, SchoolWise is not liable for any decisions made based on information presented on the platform.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
