Questions schools ask us
Does paying change our rating or search ranking?
Never. KHDA ratings, community reviews and organic search order cannot be bought or influenced. Paid plans add presentation, placement in clearly-labelled featured sections, and lead tools — nothing else.
Can we respond to reviews without paying?
Yes. Responding to reviews and answering parent questions is free, always. We believe schools should never have to pay to reply to feedback.
What happens to enquiries on the Free plan?
Every parent enquiry is forwarded to your admissions email in full — you never lose a lead. Paid plans add the portal inbox with status tracking, team notes and direct reply.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Monthly plans cancel anytime; annual plans get two months free. We also invoice by bank transfer for school finance teams.
